    Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
    Current direct payment gateways are online via Google Pay, BHIM UPI, Phone Pay, Paytm.
    We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or moneys owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

 

We accept credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet, upi and paypal. We do not offer cash on delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

we ship across all states in India. A standard shipping (7-14 days) rate of ₹100 is applicable on all orders and ₹200 on express delivery (4-8 days). We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2000. 

All packages are shipped via third party courier service i.e. Delhivery. Delivery time period may take longer for North eastern states as well as Jammu and Kashmir

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

​

Return is applicable only if the product is damaged or if you receive a wrong order. If the product is damaged it needs to be supported with an image or unboxing video within five working days. You can contact us via our Instagram page  or write us at laven.gender@gmail.com. Please note that once an order is accepted for return, refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days. (shipping charges are not refundable.) 

RTO/ Un-delivered shipment : We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order. Refund will be processed (excluding the shipping charges)  only once the shipment returns back to us. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges has to borne by the customer .

WHAT IF ORDER GETS LOST?

The purchased items from the Site are shipped by our delivery company (Delhivery) , therefore, as a result, risk of loss and title for such items will be passed to you, upon our delivery to the Delivery Partner. In no case, we shall be responsible for any lost shipments.
